Mediapomo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your personal or business purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without written permission.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle. All prices are in EUR and inclusive of applicable taxes.
All content, features, and functionality of Mediapomo are owned by Aurora Residential Oy and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Content you generate using the platform remains your property.
You may not use Mediapomo to generate spam, illegal content, or content that infringes on third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found in violation of these terms.
Mediapomo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
